THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (BIRCHALL AVENUE, CULCHETH) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Birchall Avenue from its junction with Common Lane to its junction with Cawley Avenue.
The Order will be effective from 20th February 2020 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Common Lane, Twiss Green Lane, Layland Avenue and vice versa. The closure is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas main replacement work.

Due to the closure of the A574 Warrington Road for roadworks from 7:00pm the Parish Council meeting will take place at 7:30pm on Tuesday 11th February 2020 at Culcheth Library NOT at Glazebury Methodist Church. Will visitors please give me advance warning of their intention to attend the meeting so I can arrange access.
