Cllr Janet Seddon handed over the defibrillator purchased by the Culcheth and Glazebury Parish Council to Rupert Rees from Newchurch Anglican Church.
The Parish Council has funded several defibrillators in Culcheth and Glazebury. These devices are available 24 hours a day for use by first aiders to help save the life of someone suffering a heart attack.
